I love to visit this establishment and the customer service is amazing 👏🏽 and welcoming. I got sure go here when I walk in with a clear idea of what u need so in conversation with staff of this establishment, they too can lead you towards the item you most interested in. One on one helo has never failed me coming in . Leaving the establishment I have nothing but an amazing time. The shops owner is spiritually connected to her craft and you leave with up lifted energy. 🙏🏾 thank you for always showing me love when I come there to the time I purchase my products. If I could raye this shops people's actions it's a 10 across the board. They are their to help , guide and support your needs, not to hold your hands.

I came in to get a tea to help me sleep and the helpful woman recommended a good one. It’s a cute shop with so many different teas and products for a variety of things,

I saw a TikTok about the blue Lotus tea and how helpful it was for the lady’s sleep. I used it last night and I did not wake all night long, and I woke up this morning feeling refreshed. The service from Raine n River was wonderful. The package and quality of the product is fabulous.

I really wanted to love this store because I believe in their mission and the power of natural remedies, but the customer service has consistently missed the mark. I’ve never received any type of service here — not even a simple hello. Even today, I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. The owner/manager was standing by the door chatting with someone, and another associate was behind the register with zero acknowledgment. What made the experience even stranger was that the delivery gentleman who walked in right before me received plenty of warm smiles and compliments on his hair — so maybe I just wasn’t as “cool.” Either way, consistent recognition matters. This is the kind of store where it's easy to spend your money, but guidance from the staff is really needed, especially since the products in jars can’t be touched. It’s disappointing, because I genuinely believe in what they offer and could have been a loyal customer for years.

Love having Raine & River in the neighborhood. If you are someone who is into natural wellness this is the place to be. Being a culinary artist as well as an herbalist myself, the selection of organic herbs, roots, spices, spice blends, teas and tea blends are high quality. Half of the store is dedicated to this alone. Raine & River also has a line of mens and women's products dedicated to cleansing and nourishing the different body systems. I can't speak for the women but the mens Alpha line formula is on point! Always a pleasure to pop in and feel the energy at the shop.
